Stronger You For Life (SYFL) is a subscription platform. SYFL’s associates are trained in fitness and paid by SYFL to deliver workout videos or to do live classes on the SYFL website.

By using SYFL you agree to these terms and to the other policies we include in the terms and conditions on our website, which are subject to change from time to time with notice. Please read them carefully and let us know if you have any questions.
Members
A member is someone who subscribes for live classes and videos on the SYFL website. To become a member of SYFL, simply create an account, add your preferred payment method and start watching videos or enjoying live classes.
As a member, you must be at least 18 years old or have your parent’s permission to subscribe.
As a member you are responsible for anything that occurs when anyone is signed in to your account, as well as the security of the account.
Members are solely responsible for the content that they upload.
Fees and taxes
Associates and members accept that they will have to pay a subscription fee to access the content on this site.
This subscription payment will renew automatically every month unless you cancel your subscription with SYFL.
Account deletion
SYFL can disable your account at our discretion and reserves the right to terminate accounts in the case of a member breaching community guidelines or for any other reason at SYFL’s sole discretion.
Warranty disclaimer
We do our best to make sure SYFL works as expected, but stuff happens, the site is provided “as is” and “as available” and without warranty of any kind. Any warranty of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any other warranty is excluded to the greatest extent permitted by law.
The disclaimers of warranty under this clause also apply to our subsidiaries, affiliates and third-party service providers.
Limit of liability
SYFL shall not be responsible or liable for any events which occur outside of its control.
Dispute resolution
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, shall be determined by arbitration administered by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution in accordance with its International Arbitration Rules. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The place of arbitration shall be Dublin, Ireland. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
Use of data
Unless a member opts out, they will receive marketing materials from SYFL.
