Summer’s just around the corner, and being strong and fit is a great way to make the most of it.
Our six-week summer challenge can help you achieve this.
A carefully planned mix of mobility and resistance training, these 30-minute workouts target all the muscle groups.
This challenge is for members only, but you can sign up for a free lesson before deciding to join.
How does it work?
Each week you do the same class three times. There are six different classes, one for each week.
The classes give you a solid mix of hypertrophy (muscle-building) and endurance. It is the ideal way to build strength for the summer. You will soon notice a difference in how you feel and look and by week six you’ll be hooked and ready for summer!
What do I need?
Perfect for home workouts as you need very little equipment, ideally light (1-2kg), medium (2-5kg) and heavy weights (5-10kg). If you are new to resistance training a couple of light weights will be enough.
The classes

WEEK 1: Lean & lengthen
Unilateral Full Body Strength
Build balanced strength working each side of your body. We’ll use high reps for your legs, front of body, back and arms to sculpt and lengthen. Feel strong and ready for the journey ahead!

WEEK 2: Cardio & Tone Blast
Full Body Sculpt & Cardio
This fast-paced session combines high reps with invigorating cardio bursts. Expect a challenging workout for your legs, upper body, chest and arms. Let’s get that summer glow!

WEEK 3: Power & Precision
Core Strength & Power
Unleash your inner strength in this pivotal class! We’re building explosive power and reliable stability. Focus on your core, legs, chest and arms, challenging your body to move efficiently and powerfully. Essential for your summer fitness journey!

WEEK 4: Power-up Challenge
Full Body Power
Ready to elevate your fitness? This empowering challenge is a core part of your summer course. We’ll ignite your arms, legs, chest, back and core with dynamic exercises designed to build serious strength and endurance. Power up for summer!

WEEK 5: Core Strong Challenge
Define Your Core
Strengthen your foundation with this class. Our high-rep core challenge will leave your abs feeling fantastic. We’ll also engage your shoulders, legs and arms to create a strong, powerful core that supports all your summer activities. Hello confident posture!

WEEK 6: Summer Fit Finale
Full Body Strong
This is it! This session brings together all the elements from the course for a comprehensive, head-to-toe workout. You’ll end the week feeling accomplished and completely ready to embrace summer with your fittest self.
