Meet our qualified instructors. We are united in being passionate about fitness and using the latest techniques. All based on fact. Our classes are designed to give your whole body a full workout and include the best from yoga, Pilates and of course resistance training.
Our experience means that the instruction is easy to follow and in a format that is convenient for you – recordings to do in your own time or live classes.

CLARE KENNEDY
My passion is helping people reach goals they have struggled to achieve. While weight loss and body composition are the most active part of my practice, I also work with clients diagnosed with conditions such as osteoporosis and sarcopenia.

Jen’s classes are for everyone, beginners included. Modifications suggested throughout each class. For those looking to strengthen, tone, invigorate and clear their mind. We use functional movements from various modalities to make sure that we are using our bodies the way they were meant to be used.

Lynne Gray
I mainly teach Vinyasa Flow but will adapt to the needs and injuries of the individuals in the class. Yoga not only strengthens your body – it enriches your whole life improving focus, balance, and gives you a greater sense of calm.

- I completed a 16-month (200 hours) diploma in yoga teacher training
- I also have a 50-hour yin yoga certificate and have studied Sivananda yoga in India
Everyone – I work with all levels from people trying yoga for the first time to people who are more experienced.

I aim to guide and support people on their journey to a healthier, fitter and stronger self. As an avid runner, I am passionate about the importance of strength and cardio training, to get the maximum from your chosen sport or activity.

MARGARET O’MOHONY
I have always had a deep love for exercise and the great outdoors, so in 2014, I made a life-changing decision to follow this passion and pursue a career in fitness.

I studied various forms of Pilates under the guidance of a 2nd-generation Balanced Body instructor, focusing on mat and reformer Pilates.
My classes are suitable for beginners as well as those who are experienced in Pilates, helping you become stronger and healthier.
