Get and stay stronger so that you can live long and live well. From the age of 30 evidence shows that we naturally lose significant muscle mass and bone density.
Lifestyle changes can stop and even reverse this process – regular strength training such as resistance (weight) training, HiiT, yoga and Pilates. By doing a variety of different types of resistance training, including yoga, you will achieve a more balanced and well-rounded fitness routine, improving both strength and mobility.
All our classes are run by qualified instructors who use the latest fact-based techniques, delivering great results quickly.
We have a busy timetable of live classes with easy-to-follow instruction, as well as a large library of on-demand class recordings to do in your own time.

The studio
The separate workout area for in-person personal training sessions is a bright, modern, airy and private space. There is a separate meeting room for consultations. The private entrance, plus parking, makes it an easy-to-access location.
