We all know how important fitness is, but it can be really hard to find time for it and stick to a solid routine.

Our new 15 in 15 course is made up of a variety of fun and efficient 15-minute classes to help you build consistency as well as strength over the summer months.

By dedicating just 15 minutes, you will prove to yourself that fitness can fit enjoyably into your lifestyle – giving you a daily win without it taking over!

This course is perfect if you:

  • are a beginner keen to explore resistance training, with some yoga and Pilates

How it works

When you’ve done all 15 challenges you will have more knowledge, confidence and be feeling stronger!

What you’ll need

These classes are designed for home workouts with minimal equipment.
