Taking the challenge

Well done on signing up for this course – in six weeks you’ll be thanking yourself. Here’s some guidelines before you get started.

What do I need?

Perfect for home workouts as you need very little equipment, ideally light (1-2kg), medium (2-5kg) and heavy weights (5-10kg). If you are new to resistance training a couple of light weights will be enough.

How does it work?

Each week you do the same 30-minute class three times. There are six different classes, one for each week.

The classes give you a solid mix of hypertrophy (muscle-building) and endurance. It is the ideal way to build strength for the summer. You will soon notice a difference in how you feel and look and by week six you’ll be hooked and ready for summer!
